Biography: Mark Fidler
Mark Fidler, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Mark Fidler joined Ambient in 2011 and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial operations. Mark has significant public company and clean technology experience having spent the last ten years at Evergreen Solar Inc. (a NASDAQ listed company) most recently as Vice President of Finance & Treasurer, where he helped guide the company’s rapid growth from its development stage to a worldwide enterprise with over $335 million in annual revenue.
Prior to his tenure at Evergreen Solar, Mark held various senior finance roles at The Boston Consulting Group and Hampshire Chemical, a division of Dow Chemical, and he began his career at Coopers & Lybrand.
Mark received a B.S degree in Accounting from Syracuse University and an M.B.A from Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Business Administration, and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
